Content Management
ENA Resource can produce and implement a content management plan for your organization. Some content management programs are small (production and distribution of weekly newsletters) while others are a bit more challenging (news and ecommerce web sites).
Whether your content management issues are simple or complex it takes a thorough plan for success.
- Content Management Evaluation
ENA Resource will evaluate the needs that must be met by the content management plan. Fully understanding the scope of the problem is always the first step to creating a successful plan.
The clients web site is evaluated to determine what the infrastructure will support. If the needs of the organization are greater than the web sites capabilities, solutions (software, web site changes etc.) will be researched and presented to the client.
A detailed content management plan document will be created that outlines all of the specifics needed to meet the client organizations needs.
Cost analysis, ROI responsibilities, reporting and detailed schedules will be included in the content management plan document. Regularly scheduled meetings and evaluations will be specified to update the plan as necessary.
- Content Management Implementation
The content management plan will be implemented and tracked. All reporting requirements will be filled. The scheduled meetings will be held and problems reported.
Regular evaluations will be done to review the performance and cost of the content management program.
